ADULT VOLUNTEER & MENTOR PROGRAM
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our mission is simple: to transform lives. Our programs are designed to promote and develop youth and young adults in grades nine through twelve who are underserved and/or under-resourced. No one’s infallible desire is to edify and expose school-age youth to new and learning experiences with the hopes of addressing any personal, academic, social, and emotional development needs so that each person is prepared to build skills and excel in life.
If your desire and passion is to volunteer, lead, serve, empower, equip, edify, and have fun doing so, this position will allow you to do just that. No One is Infallible is an energetic program that allows for opportunities to provide leadership, build and maintain relationships, establish a long-lasting community with families, assist in leading activities, learn new activities, and so much more. Meet Our Volunteers & Consultants

Valerie Banks
My name is Valerie Banks. I am the wife of Bobby G. Banks, mother of four, and grandmother to thirteen. I am currently retired from the United States Army, where I served 25 years in service and combat. After retirement, my dream was to become a chef, so I began my journey at the University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical Culinary Program. I later went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with degrees in culinary arts, baking and pastry, and later earned a degree in military technologies. My passion has always been teaching and serving others.
My motto in life is "EACH ONE, TEACH ONE".

Jamol Jones
My name is Jamol Jones. I am 34 years old and I am a United States Army veteran where I served in combat arms. After serving in the United States Army, I was privileged to serve the citizens of the state of Arkansas in various capacities of law-enforcement. I have worked for two federal agencies, one municipal agency, and currently I am serving in criminal justice on a state level. At the beginning of 2023, I was appointed by our Governor to serve as a Commissioner on the Arkansas Parole Board. Serving others has always been and always will be my passion.

Dr. Rochelle Redus
I am Dr. Rochelle Redus. I have been married for 33 years. I have three children: one deceased son, one daughter, a bonus son, five grandchildren and a host of blessings that call me "mom." I have four degrees: a BA in Psychology, an MS in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, a Master's in Social Work, and in 2020 at the age of 56, i earned my Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Behavioral Health. I previously served as the College Preparation Director of the Central AR Boys & Girls Club & Disability Services and a Counselor at UA-Pulaski Technical College. I have also served on the North Little Rock School District Board of Education since 2018 where i have served in every leadership position from President to Parliamentarian. I’ve written my first memoir titled "No Longer Broken" which launched in July 2021 and I am currently enjoying retirement!

Shanna Hines
Hello, my name is Shanna Hines. I am 41 years old, and I have been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years. I consider myself to be creative and versatile, and I am passionate about my craft. I am a mother of three who loves serving my community. I have been blessed to secure a position in the launch of a brand that has touched many well-known stylists all over the world and has made barbering and styling easier. I truly embrace every encounter and can always be found putting a smile on someone’s face.

Brealyn Javun Debose
My name is Brealyn Javun Debose, and I am a professional licensed barber. I am 26 years old, and I have been cutting hair professionally for 2 years. I was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, and have ventured out to Houston, Texas, for more opportunities and experience. This has blessed me with the opportunity to own a private security company and work as a marketing specialist for an EMS company. I am currently operating in the downtown area of Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Tyrus Gillam
My name is Tyrus Gillam. I am 53 years old and the owner and CEO of Allstate Cuts and ShortKut, LLC. I have been a professional barber since 2001 and a business owner since 2004. I am a father to three wonderful girls and a husband to my beautiful wife. I attended college to major in biology and run track, but later decided to leave college to pursue my dream and play semi-pro football. Later in life, I decided to take my passion for cutting hair to the next level and launch grooming products and mobile equipment that would allow barbers and stylists to continue to master their craft on the go.
Dr. Roshonda Bell-Pete
I am Dr. Roshonda Bell-Pete, and I have been married for 3 years to Herbert Pete Jr. I’ve been blessed to be the bonus mom to four beautiful children. I have three degrees: an Associate of Science (2003), a BS with an emphasis on Physical Therapy (2006), and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (2009). I have worked for LR Baptist Hospital from 2009–2020 and am currently working for LR Veteran’s Affairs John McClellan Hospital, specializing in diabetic foot care.
Herbert Pete Jr.
My name is Herbert Pete Jr. I have been married for 3 years, and I am the father of 4 beautiful children. I served as a US Marine for 16 years before retiring in 2015. I hold three degrees: an Associate of Arts (2016), a BS in Logistics Management (2018), and a Master of Science in Operations Management (2022). I am currently working for LR Veteran’s Affairs at John McClellan Hospital as an inventory management specialist.

Jerry Oglesby
My name is Jerry Oglesby. I am currently serving as a State Police Corporal with the Department of the Arkansas State Police. I have served for a total of 12 years with the State Police and 17 years total in law enforcement. I am serving as the Sustainment Automation Support Management Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army Reserve's 90th Sustainment Brigade. I currently hold the rank of Sergeant First Class Promotable, and I have been serving for 24 years. I graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a Bachelor of Applied Science with an emphasis in information Security.

Sequoyah Browning
My name is Sequoyah Browning. I graduated from the University of Arkansas with degrees in Biology and English. I have had the privilege of working in different arenas, from off-duty at retail department stores to working as an insurance underwriter for 19 years. I am currently serving as a state police officer with the Department of Arkansas State Police. It has been an honor serving others in law enforcement for 19 years.

Our programs greatly benefit from all donations, as we provide an atmosphere for creating a strong sense of community, spirit, and pride.
