Tickets are valid only on specified regular operating days during the season printed on the ticket. Lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets are the responsiblity of the purchaser. No cancellations, refunds or exchanges; and tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. Tickets may not be copied or resold and may be used only once. Duplication will result in revocation without refund and ejection.
Tickets not valid at other parks, or during private parties/blackout dates. Operating dates, hours, prices and policies subject to change without notice. May not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Some special events may require an additional charge. Prices, dates, hours, and attraction availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to be closed to the public for all private events. Availability for park, tournaments, and competitions are subject to change without notice. A ticket is a revocable license and may be confiscated with no refund of purchase price. Violation of park and competition rules will result in expulsion. A copy of park, tournament, and competition rules is available upon request. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive or in poor taste is prohibited. Clothing with inappropriate/offensive words, phrases or graphics are prohibited. While in the park and competing in competition or tournament activities, shirts and footwear with soles must be worn at all times. When applicable only tickets vouchers obtained from twistedamazing.org or offices authorized by twisted amazing ( ie., Infallible Madness, Overcoming The Madness (OTM) and No1’s Infallible )to sell/distribute will be honored. Not valid if reproduced in any manner. Resale of tickets/passes/prizes is strictly prohibited. Due to maintenance and other circumstances, at any time, certain park activities, competitions/tournament activities, and attractions may not be open to the public. Admission to certain attractions and special events may require an additional charge or be subject to pre-sold admission. Some merchandise, food, games, and competitions may require additional fees. The bearer of the ticket voucher grants twisted amazing ( ie., Infallible Madness, OTM and No 1’s Infallible ) the right to film/video/photograph the bearer on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Twisted Amazing ( ie., Infallible Madness, OTM, and No 1’s Infallible) assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, games, and competitions or their entrance into or departure from all park and competition areas ( ie., Infallible Madness, No1s Infallible and OTM ).
All ticket prices are plus 11.5% state tax, .65 city admissions tax, and online ticket prices are plus a $7.99 -10.00 processing fee per order.
Assumption of General Risk/Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge and agree to assume the inherent risks associated with attendance at the park, clinic, outreach program, competitions and the use of all obstacles, attractions, games, competitions, tournaments and facilities and agree to read and obey all safety signage, instructions, and rules. Such risks include but are not limited to bodily / physical injury, harm or death that may be caused by, arise from or be attributable to the use of or participation in or on any attraction and competitions. Other risks of attending small and large outdoor or indoor venues include injuries from exposure to the elements, such as rain, cold, excessive heat or the weather in general, and injuries or illness sustained due to your own personal negligence and/or the negligence of others, including running, jumping, kicking, climbing, pushing, pulling, throwing, sliding, driving, shooting, and engaging in altercations with other patrons or otherwise behaving recklessly in the park. You are responsible to know your own health and physical condition and limitations and the health and physical condition and limitations of any minor under your care or supervision. If you ride or use, compete, or you permit any minors under your care or supervision to ride or use, or compete in any attraction, you or they do so at your or their own risk. Twisted amazing (ie., Infallible Madness, OTM, and No1s Infallible) park, clinic, outreach program, and competitions assumes no responsibility for accident or loss to any person in connection with the condition or use of the park, rides, competitions, tournament’s, special events activities, attractions, games, facilities or their entrance into or departure from the park. You hereby irrevocably release from any areas (OTM, Infallible Madness and No1s Infallible) identified on our twistedamazing.org website and its affiliates and their respective employees, agents, representatives, donors/partners and hold them harmless for, all losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands or causes of action whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, arising out of your attendance at, and use of, the Park, clinic, nonprofit, outreach programs, tournaments and competitions.
