Happy Hand Project 

What exactly is the helping hand project? This happens once a year and will be coordinated by the youth volunteer ambassadors. Each year, all the ambassadors will come together to choose how they will give back to the community. Once the cause has been chosen, they will begin the planning, facilitating, figuring out how to raise funds for said project, and carrying out their mission of lending a helping hand. The staff will have only one role in this, and that is to assist our ambassadors with assignments given to them by the ambassadors. Their helping hand project is about teaching the youth the importance of work ethics and paying it forward. This includes but is not limited to:

• philanthropy 

• networking

• marketing

• setting goals and completing them

• budgeting

• implementing their vision(s)

• independence

• collaboration

• discipline

• time management

• creativity

• team building 

• and so much more
