Etiquette & Culinary

Learning how to take professionalism to the next level. No1's Infallible programs will address communication styles, networking, dining etiquette, meeting etiquette, tipping etiquette, travel etiquette, email etiquette, voicemail etiquette, business black tie etiquette, wardrobe etiquette, and more. No1's Infallible has designed this program specifically for our youth volunteers that want to prepare and polish their skills while improving their professional image, before entering the workforce. Our staff and volunteers for all workshops, are well informed, engaging, entertaining, and fun. You can expect information to be presented in a humorous, relaxed style that cuts to the heart of modern professionalism. No1's Infallible objectives and course outcomes for each program are that all involved will be able to:

  • Understand the history of etiquette.

  • Describe and discuss any workplace appearance appropriate for office attire.

  • Demonstrate effective self-introductions, introductions of others, and small talk.

  • Successfully prepare and navigate business meals by thoroughly reviewing dining etiquette for everything from casual buffets to formal dinners.

  • Navigate different styles of dance

  • Define professional behavior and suggest standards for appearance, actions, and attitude in a business environment.

  • Explain different communication styles and how to adjust to each.

  • Handle a variety of social and business situations, including networking events, business meetings, business meals, and more.

  • Dance etiquette will include four elements of dance: 

                1. Walks

                2. Box step

                3. Triple step

                4. Rock step

Dance education include (but are not limited to) :

  • Ballroom 

  • Waltz

  • Tango

  • Salsa 

  • Swing

  • American rumba

  • Jive

  • Mirengue

Dining Etiquette include (but not limited to) : â€‹

  • Arrival

  • Table Setting

  • Ordering and being served

  • Napkin

  • During meal

  • Eating styles

  • Finishing

  • Bill

Culinary 101

What is culinary? Culinary arts, in which culinary means "related to cooking", are the cuisine arts of food preparation, cooking, and presentation of food, in the form of meals is the art.

Classes will include twenty meals and twenty desserts (TBA). Five classes per year each. Classes include but are not limited to:

  • French toast (original and stuffed)

  • Egg Benedict

  • Omelette 

  • Breakfast potatoes 

  • Crab toast (appetizer)

  • Mozzarella sticks (appetizer)

  • Salad (appetizer)

  • Salad

  • Pizza

  • Pasta

  • Salmon pasta

  • Stuffed salmon 

  • Salmon dish

  • Lasagna

  • Cordon bleu and sauce

  • Stuffed shells

  • Shrimp Alfredo

  • Shrimp and grits

  • Butter chicken and naan

  • Tuscan Chicken pasta or a Chef special
